Our treats are 100% natural, which means that no two are exactly alike. Variations in size, shape, and color are completely normal and to be expected. These differences are a part of the natural product and do not affect the quality or nutritional value.

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and accept that the items you receive may differ slightly in appearance from product photos or previous orders.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the natural variations mentioned above, we only accept returns or offer refunds under the following condition:

• You received a different product than the one you ordered (e.g., you ordered chicken necks and received Cow Ears).

If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us with our stay connected section below within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item you received. We’ll review your request and work with you to make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or returns due to size or appearance differences, as these are natural and expected variations.
